Automatic update of node position in Draft Mode

I cannot think of a UI reason why the node selection in Draft Mode should stick, regardless if your actual position in the draft. To explain it in a practical way, when I scroll down the page, and a new section collides with the top of the visible buffer, the selection in the browser should be updated to reflect where I am. Likewise, the notes should change, too.

This should be especially true if you start typing in another part of the draft.

Hmm... I'll think about this. Trouble is, it could slow down scrolling massively. Implementing it for typing shouldn't be too difficult, though, so I'll add that to the "do do" list.
