If possible, it would be great if the document icons in the binder were the color of the assigned label, as they are in the Finder. Then I could see at a glance how they were labeled, even if the Table isn't visible. You may have to make the default Label N/A (which is what I think it should be anyway, instead of orange).

I played with this idea, but it makes the binder look rather horrible. It also makes it a lot harder to see which documents need saving... So at the moment, I like the labels as they are - sorry.

I think it will be better once state saving is more consistent, and the Table is not something that you are constantly having to reveal in the Binder. I still forget that I can even set meta-data on these documents, half of the time.
