I have normal documents zoomed to 200%. I switched to full screen and set the zoom to 400% (I have a 30-inch Cinema Display). When I switched back to normal mode, the text was displayed at 400%, but the zoom popup menu showed 200%.

This isn't exactly a "bug"; rather it is a beta "annoyance". Saving the zoom state between documents and in and out of full screen is part of state-saving, which hasn't been implemented yet (see the "to do" list at www.rumramruf.com/ScrivenerBeta/todo.html). When you come out of full screen, even though the popup doesn't show the correct setting, you can still use it to reset to the correct zoom setting. The same is true for image documents - the zoom slider state doesn't get updated between documents. What will happen when implemented is that full screen zoom will be saved separately, so that when you launch into full screen you can have a separate zoom factor from none-full screen. When you set the zoom when not in full screen, it will affect all text documents (currently you have to set the zoom every time you open up a document - like I say, an annoyance). It will probably be few weeks before this fix makes it into the beta, though, as this is a lower priority than some of the bigger features I am working on (although vital to implement before a proper release). Please bear with me until then. Thanks again, Keith

Sorry I missed it on the "to do" list. I just search the page to check before posting (it's a lot to keep in mind) and we referred to the issue with different words (you called it "scale" and I looked for "zoom"). No hurry, then. I'm glad it's going to work this way.
Thanks!
