I know I've been promising a new beta any day now, so thought I would just explain why it has been delayed.
The main reason is the word count bug, which I haven't been able to track down - so the next beta will probably be released without a fix. I think that one is going to take some time to trace.
In the meantime, I have been working on improving the full screen mode, along with some user suggestions such as allowing notes for all document types and the editing of folder synopses in each view. Whether these will actually make it into the very next beta I cannot say, but right now I _am_ laying the groundwork that will make these things possible, and this has meant taking a lot of code apart and putting it back together again. So this groundwork is what is causing the delay. I had hoped to get another beta out by the end of the weekend, but I think it is going to be longer than that - maybe another week, possibly even longer. Please hold in there. You can check out the to do list to see what has already been put into the next beta.
Thanks for your patience - I know there are some outstanding bugs that you are waiting to be fixed. But hopefully, when the next beta is release, you will see that I have appreciated all of your suggestions and bug reports and taken them very seriously.
