When I changed the full screen view (in preferences) to full width, the text of the document would not show up when I went into full screen view. Then when I went back into the preferences, I was unable to click in the 'custom' box to change it back to 600 pixels--I had to reset the preferences to default to change it back. And then after I had reset it, I still wasn't able to change the number of pixels--I could click in the box, but not edit the number.
Also, just noticed that for the "are you sure you want to reset the preferences to default" box, the cancel button said "cacnel"

Thanks - I've now fixed that for the next beta (it was a simple oversight - and typing error). Because the preferences haven't been properly implemented yet, you will get lots of oddities there as of yet - such as the controls not updating properly, as you have noticed. So in the next beta "Cancel" will be spelled correctly and you will be able to set to "Full width", but the preferences dialogue may still act "peculiarly". Because preferences are really a convenience (although a vital one), they are low-priority compared to bugs and major features that still need to be put in there (though of course all will work smoothly before an official release). Thanks again, KB

Just so you know, I have just observed the same problem of not being able to assign a Custom width after setting "Full Width" in the new beta (0.1.1b).
[edit: sorry - I've just realised that when you said "next beta" you probably meant "the one after 0.1.1b"]

Not quite sure what you mean here... What will happen (when the preferences eventually get fixed) is that when you select "Full Width", the custom width box will turn grey. At the moment, when "full width" is selected, the box below it will just have no effect unless "Custom" is selected. I hope that is the behaviour you are seeing...

No, it's not.
What I see at the moment is that the box is active when "Custom" is selected, but that it cannot be changed. At all. I can select the text in the box, but there is never a cursor in the box and no key presses will replace the text in the box.
The text box is deactivated when "Full Width" is selected, though.

Okay, it's probably just that I've set it to "uneditable" when "full width" is selected and not set it to change back again. Should be easy enough to fix, though it will probably have to wait until I get around to fixing all of the preferences... Thanks, KB
