Changing font size in fullscreen mode then switching bach to normal mode retains the set font size but is not reflected in the size percentage selector in normal mode.

Thanks - this is on the "to do" list; it's just one of the things that hasn't been implemented yet. It all still works properly, it just doesn't *show* the right setting.

Shouldn't the Project window retain the original size? I write on a 12" Powerbook. I may want the text to be 200% when in full-screen mode, but I want to stick to 100% in the Project window.
I'd also like to be able to enter a custom %. I have limited screen realestate. In the Project window, 75% is a bit too small, but somewhere around 90% would be useful.

Please check the "to do" list at www.rumramruf.com/ScrivenerBeta/todo.html - the behaviour you describe is exactly how it should work, it just hasn't been implemented in the beta (it will be fixed before releas). I probably won't add a custom % anytime soon (it's a lot harder and not all percentages turn out too well), but I will maybe I will add some more options, such as 90%.
