1) Viewing a section in draft mode using horizontal split and "Title", Label", and "Status" columns showing. 2) Going to full-screen. 3) Changing position within full-screen. 4) ESC from full-screen.
- Document has scrolled to end of draft. - Navigator still has the section I started to go to full-screen highlighted. - Re-clicking on that section does not move the document. - I have to click on another section, and then back on that first section, to get back to my starting point.
Suggested interface behavior on escaping from full-screen back into draft:
a) really take me back to the section I was in when I entered full-screen b) take me back to the section I was in when I exited full-screen
Further note: just selecting a section in the navigator and kicking into full-screen takes me to the end of the draft. I have to actually click within the document to have full-screen take me to where I really want to go. Would expect not to have to do that... is this something others have noted? It's relatively minor and I can be retrained to handle it.
Thanks!
Configuration information to reproduce glitch: 1.67 GHz PowerBook G4, 512 MB DDR2 SDRAM, OS X 10.4.3 Scrivener 0.1.1b Listening to King Crimson, "Thrak" (30th anniversary edition) track 5 (B'Boom)...

Hi, this is just one of many minor "beta annoyances" - things that haven't been implemented yet but that will be during beta testing. State-saving is on the to do list, including saving selection (such as in and out of full screen in all modes). It's something that will creep into one of the betas, though probably not for a little while simply because I am trying to deal with more major things first, refinements later (though of course it will be in there before a proper release).
