I'm afraid this may be one of the least useful bug reports I've ever written, but I thought I'd post it anyway in case anyone else encounters it:
I've got a relatively new project, and was creating a bunch of groups all at once. Let's call them Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc. When I created Chapter 2, it got stuck in "rename mode" -- I typed in the name, and hit <return>, but it remained outlined in blue. Then when I clicked to the "Chapter 1" group, that also took on the name "Chapter 2." If I manually went to "rename" the original Chapter 1, it too got stuck in rename and everything else I clicked wanted to be called Chapter 1 ... The only solution was to quit the application.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) I couldn't reproduce this after I restarted Scrivener, so maybe it's a product of having had the program open for several days. I tried several combinations of creating/renaming/moving new groups as I couldn't remember the exact steps I'd taken to cause the bug in the first place. If I can get it to happen again I'll post.

This is a strange one... I'll look at the renaming code, but it's will obviously be difficult to track down unless I can reproduce it. If you can get it to happen again, or remember anything else that may be useful, I would be very grateful. Thanks, Keith
